All Online Sales Final/Furniture Rental Policies
All Online Sales Final - We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any online sales. Please note that not all products on our site are available to ship immediately. Some products must be ordered, and some are in stock now. Please message us to confirm product availability BEFORE submitting your order. Thank you for your business.
Rental Agreement – The following terms apply to staging furniture rentals:
- The rental term is 6 weeks from the date of possession, which should be no more than one-week after the checkout date.
- There are no exchanges for rental items.
- There is a $150 restocking fee for postponed and canceled orders.
- Renter is responsible for moving scheduling, coordination and fees.
NOTE: Rooms Reborn can be contracted to provide moving services as our schedule
permits. When contracted, we are only able to provide a delivery/pick-up window and
cannot commit to a specific time. Fees range from $75-250 (each way) and are determined based on the order size and distance from the warehouse. These fees are billed separately.
- Renter is responsible for returning items within the contracted timeframe.
- There are no pro-rated refunds for early returns.
- Renter is responsible for payment of the replacement value for any rental pieces that are damaged, broken, lost or stolen during the term of the agreement.
- Rental items may not be moved to multiple locations without express, written permission.
- Furniture should not be rented for homes with cats or large dogs.
- Contract extensions will apply after the initial 6-week agreement. Late extension payments
will be subject to a $5/day late fee.
- After checking out, please send a follow up email with your pick-up date/rental address
