Staging Furniture Rentals

We offer a rental option for agents and other staging companies. Policies and procedures are as follows:

• All rentable items (furniture, art) are listed online. To check out rental items online, search “rental” on our web page, and filter results by the type of piece you are looking to rent.
  
  
• When you check out, please be sure to select "pick up in store". THE DELIVERY OPTION IS FOR FURNITURE SALES ONLY.
  
  
• Rentals are taxable
  
  
• Initial rental term is up to 4 weeks
  
  
• Monthly extensions are available beyond the initial agreement period
  
  
• Items cannot be selected more than 1 week prior to your rental 
  
  
• If the pick up date is changed or the order is cancelled, there is a $150 restocking fee.
  
  
• There are no exchanges
  
  
• There are no minimums, and selections, drop-offs and returns are the renter’s responsibility.
  
  
• We are able to provide a list of preferred movers who have agreed to a set of standard delivery fees. Fees range from $75-400 (each way) and are determined by the order size and delivery distance.
  
  
• After checking out, please send us a follow up email with your pick up date and address (roomsrebornkc@gmail.com).
